    Hello all,

My institution is moving to HE, and I'm working on drafting resources and guidance for research staff. I'm fine with reinventing the wheel if need be, but as I'm fairly new to HE, I was wondering if anyone has any Human Ethics guides, walk-throughs, or how-to's that they'd be open to sharing. If you do, please let me know!

    Thank you,
    Becca

    Hi Becca,

Welcome to Cayuse HE! We have been using HE since 2015 and before we launched live we wanted Lamar's IRB webpage to be a great reference point for all users, so we created it with this in mind. Please feel free to take a look around our IRB webpage. If you click on "Applying for Review" it will bring to the IRB actions page and there are two short videos on how to get started, along with other helpful information. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

    Becca,

The IRB does not have much presence on our University website, so we have an "IRB101" "course" on our LMS that functions a lot like a website.  Unfortunately, I cannot give you access.

Like Beverly, we have created screencasts for users as well.

I have attached our Cayuse Guides.  Much of the content was taken from the Help Center.

Our approval letters have a hotlink to the guide for stamped documents.

    Hello Darcy,

Thank you for sharing those guides! They are fantastic and exactly what we've been trying to make with limited time and resources.

    Hi Becca,

We launched our Cayuse HE last year and created user guides for the research personnel and IRB Members. We drafted them from Cayuse user guides. I can't seem to attach them here, but if you email me, I can send you copies. aliciascott@thechicagoschool.edu
