    Hello,

Has anyone else had issues with IACUC-Animal Oversite & Resource Scheduling being unstable with only intermittent availability?
The timing for us is the worst as we are hosting the AAALAC Site Visit March 4 to 6, 2024. We are unable to pull information the AAALAC visitors are asking for.

    Thanks,

    Andreja

    Hi Andreja,

We also experienced significant slowness on Monday, but this resolved yesterday. We put in a ticket but it was closed after our performance returned to normal Monday afternoon.

    Best,

    Dave

Our system also ran very slowly this week. Our timing was unfortunate, as we were trying to present a Caysue feature to our research community and failed miserably.

Maybe someone from Cayuse can explain what occurred this week.

    Hi everyone,

Thanks for bringing this up and I'm sorry for the timing on this making your work more challenging!

Over the weekend, Cayuse performed an update to enhance our services for our Schedules customers. Unfortunately, this update inadvertently caused slowness and inaccessibility for some users.

We want to assure you that our team is working diligently to address this issue comprehensively and restore normal functionality as soon as possible.

If you have experienced any site slowness or inaccessibility related to the recent update, we kindly request you submit a support ticket. This will help us gather specific details about the issues you are facing and allow our technical team to expedite the resolution process.

We understand the significance of a seamless experience with all of our applications, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work toward a resolution.

    Simon
