We want to offer up some information that gives visibility into resolution for the CITI issue.
We have deployed a fix to UAT that restores both the missing Completion Date and Expiration Date fields. Most of you do not have your CITI service set up in UAT – only PROD. If your UAT has the CITI service configured, you're able to validate the dates are restored at this time. This will be deployed to your PROD environments no later than end of day Friday and will require zero downtime.
We are still working on a fix that restores the Status field in Human Ethics. This will be deployed in a fast follow to UAT, then PROD. As soon as we have a timeline, we will update this thread

When we first launched Cayuse CITI was not integrated. As a work around I put their date in the address line and their credentials under office phone. When the name is selected it shows in the line. I started to get out of the habit; however, I now see the value in continuing. PIs are required to upload their CITI reports anyway; this step eliminates some time in review as the date has been verified.

I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing CITI not synching with Human Ethics?
We are getting "no records found" for individuals I can verify have the correct email and current training when accessing their CITI record as a CITI administrator.
Trying to figure out if my support ticket should be my internal IT, Cayuse, or CITI.
