To build on what Simon said, you can also create profiles for GAs in the Cayuse Platform even if you do not enable them to log in as users. The profile would be a placeholder for reporting.

I asked the team here and they told me this: SP can handle this, they would just need to add a data field that would capture the Graduate Assistants. They could include that data field in both the Proposal form and the Award form so the data would flow from one to the other.

I am new to using SP4 and trying to convert a proposal to an award. Our system uses single sign on, so all of our users are university employees. We do not have our GAs entered in the system as users. How do I report the effort of the GAs that are not users?
