    SP 4.0 & HE Problem: When working in HE, we frequently get the error message: "Cayuse SP currently unavailable." Does anyone else get this, and have you figured how to remove it? 

    We asked the Cayuse Help Center to fix this in November - the response was to clear the cache, but that is not working. We asked several more times, and the question has gone to the product team, but there has been no change. In the meantime, I keep getting contacted by confused faculty trying to enter IRB submissions (the message does not even make sense because SP is available).

    If anyone has a fix for this problem, please let me know!
