Interestingly, I happened to spot something like this yesterday, where a some supervision meeting dates hadnt pulled across into our engagement monitoring report, making it look like the student hadnt had a meeting in several months (despite being up to date with signed off forms). I put it down to being a one-off for a single student on a single report, with the intention of looking to see if it cropped up again from user feedback. We cant tell if it applies to other cases without directly going into each record and comparing it to the report, which would be very time consuming.
Knowing that this might actually be more widespread is a bit of a concern.

Subject: GEM application and report data discrepancies
Hello,
Calling out to GEM users, we are experiencing strange behaviour within GEM, where we are seeing data discrepancies between the GEM application and the reports within the application. It is quite random, happens on random reports e.g. Examinations and PEM overview report. Data (e.g. status and dates) will eventually be the same in the report but could take days or weeks.
Is anyone else seeing this behaviour?
Our users depend on the reports for daily tasks, and it has become a source of frustration, and loss of productivity. Ticket is open with Cayuse, we have not received any answer or solutions yet, so posting here as last resort.
Thank you.
