    Is there a way to delete a proposal (or an award for that matter) in SP 4.0?

    Hi Mark,

    Based on our recent discussions and build with the Cayuse team, there is not a way to "Delete" a proposal, only close it and add a note to indicate why it was closed.

    We currently have that capability in SP 3.9. I will be very annoyed if it goes away when we migrate to the platform.

    It's definitely not possible in 4.0.  I have a ticket in for Cayuse to delete them on the back end, but I can't do it myself.

    Depending on how far it’s gone on the food chain, if it was simply created in error, you could “repurpose” it: replace all the data with the info for a new one.

    Cayuse is aware of the request to delete records, Projects, Proposals and Awards and Subawards within the Sponsored Projects application. We are working on getting this functionality into the application, in the meantime, you can reach out to our customer support group to submit a delete request and they will be happy to help.     Can Cayuse share where on the roadmap this feature sits? Is it coming soon? I agree with others - the inability to delete seems strange and restrictive.
