Oregon State University is seeking a Billing Specialist/Grants and Contracts Coordinator. This full-time, 12-month position is open to permanent remote work utilizing online team collaboration tools. The Billing Specialist/GCC is part of a dedicated and collegial team in the Office for Sponsored Research and Award Administration (OSRAA). This position will be part of a close-knit grant accounting team responsible for the invoicing, financial reporting, and management of an assigned portfolio of grants and contracts. The Billing Specialist/GCC partners with OSU's diverse research community on financial and cost share related matters and is responsible for the preparation of various reports.
