  • 1.  Animal Procurement - Confirm AND Wait List?

    Has anyone figured out how to take a single order, Confirm 1/2 of it and Wait List the rest of it?   

    I can only change an Open order to Confirmed on 2 dates.
    This is an urgent question, as I need to handle this Jackson Order today.

    Hello Tensie,

    You can edit the delivery of the second line item that will not be arriving on the same date as the other line item.

    Or you can remove that line item and create a new order on behalf of the PI and waitlist it.
