When we last upgraded our Animal Oversight module, our Customer Support Project Manager provided us two training sessions, one from the researcher perspective, the other from an administrative perspective, and recorded the sessions for us.
I've also periodically led in-house training for IACUC members, but for researchers, I just put together a couple of cheat sheets (including links, role explanations, quick summaries of common actions, and accompanying screenshots) and direct them to contact me if they run into any roadblocks; they may also be relying on their peers for assistance. I'd offer to share my cheat sheet, but I'm positive we're using an older version than you are implementing, and we also introduced several customizations, so it probably wouldn't be that useful to you. Let me know if you'd like to see it anyway, tho!

Hi Cayuse Community,
My organization, Cornell Scott-Hill Health Corporation, is new to the Cayuse Community. We're a federally qualified health center (medical, behavioral health, and dental services) in the Greater New Haven, Connecticut, area. We are still in the production phase of Cayuse, but are scheduled to go-live in a few weeks. As part of the go-live process, we want to put together a training/user manual for those who will be using the system but haven't been part of the production process.
Would any current Cayuse users be willing to share their organizations' training/user manuals with us so we can see how other organizations provide training/user information to their organizations' Cayuse users?
