Is there any way to track and report on proposals by decline date in SP4.0?  My understanding is that it's not possible to track or report on status changes.

    Hi Mark,

This is a great question! I asked some colleagues and they both suggested making a Decline Date data field in Sponsored Projects, after which that data point can be searched and reported on. I hope that helps!

Perhaps I'm just a lean-mean-fighting-machine-database girl, but I hate bloating my data warehouse with additional fields when the information is "there" in status.  Are we able to pull that info with APIs without adding a field?

    Cheers,

I hear you, @Lisa Churchill! I don't think there's currently an API-based way to do this, but stay tuned for some other options coming that will appeal to anyone fearing field bloat :)
