  • 1.  Sponsored Projects and integration with HR Connect and Fund Manager

    We're just in implementation phase and wanted to check that
    a. HR Connect can be used to populate users from our bulk upload used for other modules
    b. That information on projects can be easily shared between Sponsored Projects and Fund Manager modules

    Hi David,

    We are working on this very issue right now and have just started the implementation process.  It is my understanding that the users from the admin bulkload process are used for all of the applications.  We are using the same users for both the Human Ethics and the Sponsored Projects right now.  With regards to your other question, I do believe that information is shared between Sponsored Projects (SP) and Fund Manager (FM).  However, we have just started the implementation of SP and will be starting on FM in January.

    I am happy to share our experiences as we move through this process.
