    Hello Colleagues,

Let me start by saying that this is NOT a request for information related to time and effort reporting.

For those institutions who use Cayuse SP, how are you reviewing time and effort on proposals/awards?  Cayuse SP does not have the capability to capture information by academic year/summer salary.

Are you using another system? If so, please provide additional information.

    Thank you,
    Domenica

Proposal routing in AGrants should start 15 calendar days prior to your deadline to capture all campus approvals before submission. Remember you can use "good working drafts." Your departmental grants manager will assist you as needed.

We manage effort reporting through a datablock built on the back-end of our system of record (which is Banner).  It collects budgeted-for-time for all the staff on a project, and then direct emails the PIs to certify or correct.  My favorite is when they both certify AND correct, but that's a rant for another day ;)

HOW this happens is all a big mystery to me, but I could put you in touch with the person who makes the magic happen.

    Andrea,

It would be nice if you could put me in touch with the correct individual.  Perhaps we can schedule a meeting with them in the middle or end of August.

    Thank you,

    Domenica
