Hi
@Terri Hall,
Please allow me to join the conversation. I am Jo Salazar, new PSC-Inventions, located in Bloomington, Indiana near the Indiana University Campus. I have worked at IU in both Bloomington and Indianapolis for 36 years. I'll provide you some detail and some raw numbers that may be helpful.
Depending on how you choose to slice and dice it, since I have never had just one role as a university employee, here are all my numbers: 36 years at IU. 8 in the TT/innovation arena, 18 in research administration, 18 in education, 18 in clinical care/operations, 10 in risk management, 1 in direct patient care, 35 in finance/operations/administration. I've worked in the IU School of Medicine in GI, the Chief Resident's Office and Psychiatry Departments; in external agencies including IUPA, the psychiatry practice plan, that also happened to own the managed mental health care organization, and The Kinsey Institute for Research in Sex, Gender and Reproduction. I've also enjoyed the opportunity to start a new research center that was focused on changing the entrepreneurial culture of the Bloomington campus and drive the increase of invention disclosures and participation in translational research.
I'm pleased to parlay my experience to the consultant role at Cayuse and help our partners achieve their research missions with greater ease and connectivity. Please feel free to email or call me.
Best, Jo

Thank you, Simon. This is helpful.
In my 10-year tenure working with Cayuse, it's more likely my team and me will have interactions with the "several new members to our support, product, and professional services teams" you mentioned. Can you provide their names, roles, and their "roots in the research industry" ?
All too often we'll get an email from someone new at Cayuse and it'll be so helpful if we have a bit of background on them to start developing the relationship, and to add credibility. Similarly, if we hear from someone without research admin experience, we'll know we need to add more context or explanation to reach a resolution quicker as they get acquainted with the industry.
All the best,
Terri
