Hi @Kelly Pearce,
I just chatted with @Ashlee Kupilik at the University of Wyoming: they have SP4 and Animal Oversight
(plus Proposals S2S, Human Ethics, Outside Interests) on Platform. Their data/reporting team has been
playing with Report Connector in recent months, fine-tuning it for SP4 data reports. Ashlee would like to
connect with you to discuss how they're noting/tracking records on the SP4 and AO sides since the two
apps are not currently integrated (but future integration is planned TBD). Ashlee has done extensive work
in the SP4 smart forms in the last 2 years to capture vital data points and business processes via SP4 rules.
I understand from a discussion with Sydney that we recommend using AO data from Report Connector
to send back to the SP4 records into the Links tab. I don't believe Ashlee is using the optional SP4 Links tab,
but may have considered it, so it's worth discussing.
Thanks,
Matty

Subject: Linking Cayuse Modules/Legacy Systems
For Cayuse clients that have their Animal Oversight (AO) & Sponsored Projects (SP) modules:
How do you make transactional activity links between AO & SP (directionally both ways) without the benefit of interfaces?
And until fully implemented, how do you link AO/SP transactions with your legacy systems while running them in parallel for trackability?
Thanks in advance for any thoughts or ideas that you may have!
