    Good morning!

We've noticed that there is not a way to make comments left by reviewers and analysts anonymous in the Human Ethics module.

Will Cayuse be rolling out the ability to leave anonymous comments? For other users, how have you worked around this issue?

    Thanks!

Additionally, the "comment" bubble only appears after the PI has addressed the comment so it is challenging to track where comments have been left by both the analysts and reviewer. Sometimes reviewers accidentally leave comments as "restricted" when they are meant to be "unrestricted," so it would be useful to be able to find comments left by users more easily to make sure all comments are visible to the PI to address.

I have noticed that as the Analyst my comments are not anonymous; however, the Reviewers comments should be anonymous. I also wish that the Analyst's comments were anonymous to the PI.  I have also inquired about a way to pull a report of all comments made on a submission.

I also would like to see the analysts and reviewer comments anonymous as well.

I agree we are working on the implementation now and the lack of a formal process to communicate from analyst to assigned reviewer is a huge challenge. Having an additional section for internal comments/notes would be huge for this module and would allow us to keep relevant documentation in a confidential but also secure location.

We've addressed this need by dedicating a note under the PI's information in the Study Personnel section. On our form, many other parts may or may not appear, but there will always be a study PI.

Not a great solution, but a workable one.
