Hi Michelle,
Yes, you can encumber indirects in Fund Manager! When you are in the Fund Detail screen, there is a little red 'i' icon at the top right corner of your Fund Summary. When you hover over it it says ""Encumber Indirect Costs: NO." Just click that little button, it will change to green, and the help text will change to "Encumber Indirect Costs: YES." Then your indirects will be automatically calculated and added to the Encumbrance column.
