I am now able to retrieve SP awards via the API. The trick was to grant the api user the SP Sys Admin role.
The Awards API json structure is slightly complex. I'm having good success so far in figuring out how to parse using "jq." But now I need to dive into the admin team data which is an embedded json structure . . . thingy. I need to get the PI's unit. The admin unit is present in the summary, of course. But seems that PI unit is only in the admin team data.
I'm curious to know if anyone has already gone down this path and would be willing to share what worked, didn't work, etc.
