We are troubleshooting what we think is an issue with Cayuse and T-Mobile internet. We have two users who
are experiencing some connect issues and "glitches".
Apparently a change to the service was made in June after T-Mobile purchased Sprint. Problems began shortly thereafter. I'm sorry I don't have more details.
We're having some luck with the users utilizing a VPN, but we'd like to get to the bottom of this issue if possible and
avoid them having to go the extra steps with a VPN.
Is anyone else experiencing similar issues? Have you found any solution?
