    Hello everyone,


    I'm excited to announce the December Customer Webinar will be held Thursday, December 17th at 11:00 a.m. Pacific / 2:00 p.m. Eastern. 


    To help you start planning for 2021, this webinar will provide details on the timelines and process for upgrading to the platform:

    • Our CEO, Matt McLellan, will share his perspectives on the value you'll see in this upgrade
    • Our Customer Support Manager, Theron Webb, and Sr. Program Manager, Toni Hugill, will share important platform upgrade details across all Cayuse apps


    We will be taking questions during the session as well as answering the questions you leave here in this forum. Feel free to drop them ahead of time and we will make sure to answer them.

    Hi All, 

    Thank you for hosting this webinar, it was certainly an interesting one. I had the following questions: 

    1. Is the improved data analytics for better reports referencing the Cayuse SP product?
    2. Will the data analytics reports be more user friendly? Will we be able to design the report for better reporting any requested metrics without being subject to "in-the-can" reports. As an example, Cayuse Human Ethics currently allows reports built based on various report filters.
    3. Regarding users in our current UAT site, so all the old user data will be deleted during the upgrade? When do I need to notify my IT team that these upgrades are coming? Now?

    Thanks so much for your questions, I'll be happy to help.

    • Is the improved data analytics for better reports referencing the Cayuse SP product?

    When we say improved data analytics, we are talking about the reporting in the application or the new cross app reporting functionality that comes as part of the platform. The product called Cayuse Analytics is currently only for Cayuse SP.


    • Will the data analytics reports be more user friendly? Will we be able to design the report for better reporting any requested metrics without being subject to "in-the-can" reports. As an example, Cayuse Human Ethics currently allows reports built based on various report filters.

    Yes, that is our goal that all of the reporting and analytics that you have is is user friendly and very flexible - so you can get access to data.


    • Regarding users in our current UAT site, so all the old user data will be deleted during the upgrade? When do I need to notify my IT team that these upgrades are coming? Now?

    This will depend on the client specifically and what apps they are upgrading. The local IT team should be informed when we send the initial email around scheduling.

    Hi Ellen, 

    Yes, the platform brings great capabilities including central administration, connected Cayuse suite of apps with cross app workflows, additional integration capabilities leveraging the value of existing systems, and enhanced reporting.

    You will all be upgraded to a version of the software that has the platform plugged into it.
