    Hello,

    We recently opened an enhancement request for a better method of recording 118/Approval In Principal determinations - either with a flag or a decision. If you are also interested in this enhancement, please let Cayuse know so they can prioritize appropriately. For reference, the ticket number is FM-2966.

    Your timing is perfect: we were just talking internally about the new
    Product Ideas feature here in the Cayuse Community, and then your
    post arrived! I encourage you to be the very first customer to submit
    an idea there. It's above, under Participate > Suggest Product Ideas, or click
    here: https://community.cayuse.com/participate/ideation-home.

    If/once you do, everyone in the Cayuse Community can comment and
    vote on it to recommend the idea. We Community Ambassadors and
    our Product Managers plan to periodically check the Product Ideas activity.
    This should help us gauge customer interest and enhance our overall
    enhancement request review process at Cayuse.

    I've added this as a product idea.

    Our team has run into a handful of enhancements, some probably pretty small, that we'd like to request. Can you provide any guidance on when an enhancement should be requested through Cayuse Support, and when it should be suggested as a Product Idea?
