    Come grow with us! The University of Notre Dame received a record-breaking $222.7 million in research award funding for fiscal year 2021. This is more than $42 million over the previous record and the first time the University has surpassed the $200 million mark. To support this immense growth, Notre Dame Research is recruiting research administration professionals across multiple units to enhance the team that will steward our research enterprise into its next phase.


    We are seeking critical-thinking and conscientious professionals to join the Pre-Award Services team, which currently facilitates over 1,200 proposals requesting over $747 million in research and training funds annually. Entry-level professionals will receive a Pre-Award team mentor and scaffolded support as they gain knowledge and experience. Pre-Award Program Managers work closely with Notre Dame's world-class researchers and will have the flexibility to exercise their professional judgment in a wide variety of situations.
