    The Product Manager - ERA (Supervisory) is responsible for working closely with the Electronic Research Administration team to support the day to day operations, break/fixes, enhancements, and expansions of ERA systems. It will supervise a team of business analysts and will work with functional areas to develop and maintain product line road maps and ensure a successful product life-cycle. This position is responsible for understanding functional area needs, setting priorities for the product line team and managing the backlog. This position also handles personnel, training, and performance issues.
    Job Responsibilities
    Develop and communicate the product line vision and roadmap: Work closely with functional product liaisons and owners to identify valid solutions, upgrades and changes needed within a product line to accomplish it's goals and objectives. Develop and maintain roadmap for product line. (30%)
    Supervise a team which is tasked with providing business analyst/technical support for new and existing systems to include Electronic Research Administration modules/systems. (20%)
    Prioritize work on product lines: Communicate roadmap and priorities to members on the product line team, leadership, and stakeholders. Ensure work is continuing on features in roadmap. Manage backlog to ensure work is available and planning is ongoing. Work closely with university resources to plan implementations and ensure all work pertaining to feature release is planned and on time. Ensure stakeholders are aware of features being implemented. (20%)
    Operations: Implement Solutions and Configuration changes needed by users within systems in product lines responsible for. Work with end users to test changes and manage when changes are moving to production. Work with end users to define, document, create and test reports. Liaison between functional areas and other teams in ITS. (20%)
    Other duties as assigned. (10%)
    Minimum Qualifications
    Bachelors degree with 3 years of experience managing products, performing business analyst responsibilities, building roadmaps and setting priorities. Some leadership/supervisory experience.
    Preferred Qualifications
    Masters Degree with experience in higher education, higher education electronic research administration.
