    The Office for Sponsored Programs at Connecticut Children's is hiring for 2 positions.

     

    • Pre-Award Specialist: This position will focus on obtaining specific training and knowledge in the management of pre-award grants management. This position will function under general supervision, partner with Lead Pre-Award specialists, independently collaborate with PI's and other Faculty to coordinate and administer the submission of grant applications. Responsible ensuring adherence to sponsor guidelines and deadlines while maintaining a customer service focused approach

     

    • Lead Post-Award Specialist: Works directly with PI's , Faculty and other research staff to coordinate the financial management and compliance of grants. Will review or consult with other OSP team members the contract/award notice regarding invoicing, terms, and reporting deliverables and any other requirements to CT Children's. Will assist with effort reporting, infoEd updates, Lawson updates and will partner with other Post-Award specialists, independently collaborate with PI's and other Faculty in the oversight of grants including financial account management, analysis and reporting and compliance.
